This role is open to recent graduates, individuals seeking a fresh start, or seasoned collections professionals. SRA Associates offers an extremely competitive base salary along with a monthly, uncapped bonus program contingent on individual performance and compliance with state and federal laws. Additional monthly merit-based incentives include employee referral bonus, weekly checkpoint bonus, attendance bonus, top performer bonus, and some head-to-head team cash contests.
